How do you ensure chocolate doesn't melt during shipping?

We use temperature-controlled packaging and insulated liners, along with gel ice packs, to ensure your chocolates arrive in perfect condition, especially during warmer months.

What is the shelf life of Godiva chocolates?

To enjoy the best flavor, we recommend consuming our chocolates within 2-3 weeks of purchase. For longer storage, keep them in a cool, dry place at 65-68°F (18-20°C).

Do you offer options for people with dietary restrictions?

We provide a variety of products, including some that are gluten-free and dairy-free. However, all our products are manufactured in facilities that handle nuts, wheat, and dairy.

Can I track my order once it has shipped?

What is your return policy for food items?
